Moca FAQs
Moca Return Policy?
The MOCA Store has a specific Refund Policy. To initiate a return, contact is required at storeonline@moca.org or 213-621-1710. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning the item, which are non-refundable. Refunds are processed upon receipt of returned goods, pending approval.
The return address is: MOCA Store, 250 S. Grand Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90012. The policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the purchase, unfortunately, a refund or exchange cannot be offered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
All face masks are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or return. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return. The item should not be sent back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. For example, a book with obvious signs of use, a CD, DVD, or vinyl record that has been opened, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once the return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify the customer that the returned item has been received. The customer will also be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If a refund has not been received yet, it is recommended to first check the bank account again, then contact the credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next, contact the bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If all of this has been done and the refund has not been received yet, contact is recommended at storeonline@moca.org.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. All sale items are FINAL SALE. Exchanges are only made if items are defective or damaged. If an exchange is needed, an email should be sent to storeonline@moca.org and the item should be sent to: 250 S. Grand Avenue, Los Angeles, California, US 90012.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the customer, a gift credit for the value of the return will be received. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, a refund will be sent to the gift giver and they will find out about the return.
To return the product, the product should be mailed to: MOCA Store, 250 S. Grand Avenue, Los Angeles, California, US 90012. The customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item.
For orders that are purchased and shipped outside of the United States, returns are not accepted. For assistance, contact is recommended at storeonline@moca.org. MOCA memberships are non-refundable and cannot be transferred. Membership levels, benefits, and prices are subject to change without notice.
